Bersih The Hidden Secrets Behind A Nongovernmental Coalition

For the general population of Malaysia, Bersih is often seen like the liberation from a government that ruled for decades

. Malaysia doesn't have the strongest economy in Asia, but it is not at the other end of the rope either. However, there is plenty of room for improvement. People hope for the best and in an attempt to change their lives, they have founded Bersih to fuel and join the organized protests. The Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections is not entirely what it describes itself to be. More specialists and analysts have performed public investigations to accentuate the obvious objectives of this organization, which have nothing to do with clean elections. In fact, the clean elections represent a positive fact in a movement that will most likely take down the economy even more.

Bersih is said to be a nongovernmental amalgam of agencies, but it also includes five political parties that are currently part of the opposition. It is, therefore, led by a political group that combines the politics with some NGOs. To make the political connection even more obvious, it is funded by a few agencies in the United States of America. Some local organizations fund the opposition parties in multiple countries around Asia and not only. The same agencies also stepped in the Russian political world. And when Bersih is led by the main opposition leader in Malaysia, something is obviously not clean.

The population wants the best future for the kids, which is normal. But before ruining everything, people need to understand why they go out to protest. At the end of April, 2012, more than 25,000 protesters filled the streets of Kuala Lumpur. With the idea that they go out for fair and clear elections, the people actually go out in an attempt to change the government. The masses are used as a political tool to manipulate the current leadership. Before going out, people are supposed to learn from the past mistakes and understand the consequences of their actions. There are so many samples of similar revolutions to learn from. The Philippines or the Eastern Europe struggle in dirt now after their governments were eliminated by self called clean organizations.
