Keep your hands by your ears, just under your chin area and get ready to really work it. Before you start, focus on your breathing for awhile to get your body ready for some fitness work. Take a deep breath then use your abdomen muscles to pull upper body off the ground and towards your knees. Don't forget to keep your feet planted on the floor and use energy from your abdomen, this will help expand the muscles. A good tip while doing this exercise is to focus on your abdomen to lift you off the ground and do not use your neck as you could seriously injure yourself. While exhaling, lower yourself back to the ground and repeat ten times in a set, doing three to five sets a day.

Front squat. To start off this exercise, stand straight with your feet apart, just a little more than your shoulder width. The angle of your toes doesn't really matter, just make sure that you feel comfortable do that no difficulties come your way while trying to work on that abdomen of yours. Using a dowel rod, place it on your shoulders and do squats, taking care to keep your feet firmly on the ground and your back straight. Draw your stomach towards your spine and you make your downwards movement, hold the position for a few seconds then stand again. Repeat ten times in a set, doing 5 sets with even time intervals between each set.


Air cycling. Just as it's name, to do this exercise you would need enough energy to cycle on air. Lie flat on your back and keep your body straight while looking up. Place your hands either by your side palm down or by your ears, whichever feels more comfortable. As you get ready to begin, take a few deep breathes to get your heart pumping then raise your knees towards your chest and slowly cycle in the air, kicking your legs at an even pace. Keep kicking for two minutes, then slowly lower your legs down so that it's flat again and hold for one minute before repeating. Do 10 repeats and 3 sets, taking care to focus on your breathing as well.

These exercises are simple to do and don't require a lot of space, all you need is enough determination and willpower to do it and you'd be able to see fabulous results in no time.
