The York C101 comes with a computer that uses large numbers on an easy-to-read LCD display. The LCD shows you how many calories you are burning as well as the exciting stuff like how fast your speed is, the time you've been cycling for, and the distance you've travelled. This was really useful to me as I like data and being able to record my progress.
The York C101 is quite cheap and cheap and cheerful but I found it reliable and suited me and all the familty. It's not broken yet, and we've exercised on it very hard.
The handlebars and seat are easily adjusted which means most people should be able to use it, plus you can collapse the bike down at any time in order to store it away in a cupboard or under the bed.
If you are exercising at home then this exercise cycle is easy to use and needs minimal co-ordination activity meaning it's highly efficient in the pursuit of increased fitness and decreased body fat.
It also comes with an easy to read training computer and LCD Display. The onboard computer gives you the kind of data you might usually find on more expensive models and includes four functions that keep you up to the second on on your fitness targets.
It was portable, and I could fold it up and put it under the bed or in a cupboard.
I would recommend it and if you want to read a more technical York C101 Exercise Bike Review then check out Exercise Bike Planet. They also list the prices so you hopefully get a reasonable deal.
