Most people will tell you that the best way to burn belly fat is regular exercise
. Now, there's nothing strictly wrong with that, but to really burn off that stubborn belly fat, you're going to need some more information. This is the main reason that most folks fail to burn much belly fat at all...i.e. they simply "get regular exercise", or spend 30 minutes walking on the treadmill.
Every year there are tons of people that make a new years resolution to burn that extra belly fat off. Some succeed and some do not. Most do not because it is hard and they just give up. I am here to tell you not to give up, and you can do it. There are just some things that you need to take charge of so that you can get rid of that extra weight.

Successful people I've talked to recommend a combination of aerobic exercise and weight training. Unfortunately, thirty or forty minutes, two of three times weekly, is not going to be enough.
Drink as much water as you possibly can each day. Drinking more water then usual will be good for you as you will be more hydrated throughout the day and it will make you will like you are full, so you will end up eating less food.
Do not drink items that contain alcohol inside them too much, as we know how horrendous a "beer gut" looks! Don't ingest a lot more than 12 ounces of this substance every day if you need to remove that stomach fat.
As you can see, weight loss is not something that can be done in a matter of days, or even weeks. Instead, it takes time, and you must remain focused on what you want to achieve in order to be successful. Putting the above strategies into action will help you in your adventures in burning belly fat, as well as help you to keep the weight from coming back.
Your aim is to reduce your body fat percentage to a certain number where your excess body fat is no longer there. This is applied for belly fat, man boobs, love handles, and every other excess fat on your body; you can't remove them one by one, but all of them simultaneously. Increase exercise intensity. Instead of spending FOREVER on the treadmill going at a slow steady pace, increase the intensity and decrease how long you workout. For example, what I typically do is increase the speed to 3.0 and the incline to 10 degrees and then workout for just 15 minutes!
So if you are looking for the best way to burn belly fat just start by making one small adjustment in your eating habits and include a good weight training plan with 20- 30 minutes of cardio. In as little as a few weeks you will see a significant difference.
