Best Way To Eliminate A Zit

If you're reading this you are probably desperate for a solution to an unexpected zit! Never fear

, there is a way to get rid of it!

Here's what you'll need: A quality acne skin cleanser, either an ice pack, ice cubes, or a sink with HOT water, and an acne spot treatment cream.

Wash your face extremely well with an acne cleanser (or at the very least, soap will do). Make sure to real scrub your skin with the tips of your fingers in order to remove any unwanted bacteria and oil.

--Next, decide what kind of pimple you have. If it is still underneath the skin, and is red, sore bump, you will need to do the following steps with ICE (preferably an ice pack). However, if your zit has broken the skin and is a white or black head (or you're not sure but its oozing) you will need to do the following steps with HOT water.

This works because ice works better to freeze a zit before it can surface, while hot water will force an already opened zit to release all the bacteria that is inside of it. Cool huh?

--Okay, here is the procedure. Depending on the kind of zit you have, press the hot washcloth OR ice pack firmly against your zit. Do this for at least 20 minutes! If you are using the hot water method, try and do at least 30 minutes. Make sure your ice stays freezing cold or your water stays as hot as you can stand it.

You're almost done now! Gently pat your skin dry with a towel, and then apply your benzoyl peroxide acne treatment cream to your zit.

--Ok, now just repeat this process again in 4 hours! After one full day and 3-4 applications, your zit will be gone! Awesome!
