This generally makes conversation flow easier and you have more to talk about. If your posture is hunched and awkward, it is most likely that your conversation will be awkward, and there may be some silences. All these factors will decipher a woman's opinion on whether she wants to take things further.

On the same coin, the eyes are hugely important also when it comes to the message you send out. If you look into a girls eyes deeply it displays a confidence that will be admired. It shows you are not fazed by the confrontation of talking to a woman up close, whilst demonstrating you are also listening to what she is saying. If you can have follow up conversations from issues that she raised earlier, then it will connote that you are really taking an interest in what she's saying. Failing to make eye contact displays nervousness, and a lack of ability to build a conversation. This will also lead to awkward silent moments where neither of you want to initiate the next conversation.

Both of these factors also contribute to your overall sex appeal. It is important that you keep the right body language and eye contact, in order to keep your sex appeal at its highest. By doing so you will give yourself the best chance of taking a girl home with you. Or even getting a second date because as we all know the classy girls hold out after the first date to go home with you, which is by no means an awful thing in the long run. Conversations you have will also have a big impact on how a girl portrays you overall, but you need to ensure you have a solid foundation to build upon.
