Brad Paisley Tickets - American Singer - Songwriter Wins Cma International Achievement Award

Brad Paisley added another prestigious award to his mantle this year

. Each year, the Country Music Association presents its International Achievement Award to a country musician who contributes to the genre's international popularity by playing in countries other than the United States. The popularity of Brad Paisley tickets in countries like Ireland and Norway contributed heavily to the singer's selection for the award.

"Last year, [Paisley] played the new arena in London and went on to play three sold-out shows across Ireland, and onto Scandinavia to over 40,000 fans." Country Music Association CEO Steve Moore said when presenting the award. "Brad is an outstanding ambassador for country music around the globe."

For Brad, the award is a welcome reminder of his strength as a performer. Paisley again took his excellent live show on the road in 2012, hitting major amphitheaters and some less-conventional stadiums like Chicago's Wrigley Field.

"[Wrigley Field is] one of those places you never think you'll ever play," Paisley said in June. "You watch it on TV, you see baseball games there, it's a very big place, I'm very excited to finally do that."

Paisley is no stranger to the road; he has headlined tours since 2004. He regularly tours with up-and-coming country bands and superstars alike. Over the past decade, he has launched tours with Sara Evans, Miranda Lambert, Darius Rucker, Taylor Swift and many other big country names.

For his new Virtual Tour, Paisley will primarily play outdoor venues. As one of country music's most energetic performers, Paisley often incorporates elements in his live shows that require large open areas. By sticking to country music festivals and other outdoor events, Paisley hopes to give his fans a big, engaging experience.

The outdoor venues will also give Paisley's live band, The Drama Kings, room to stretch out. The band has played together for well over a decade. They are comfortable jamming and backing up Paisley on both his rockers and his ballads, and Paisley records all of his studio albums with The Drama Kings. The band also accompanies Paisley on international tours, playing tracks like "He Didn't Have To Be" and "Welcome to the Future."

Through the next year, Paisley will continue to play venues across the United States while starting work on his follow-up to 2011's This Is Country Music, which critics praised for its excellent songs and for Paisley's vocal performance. Fans appreciated Paisley's traditional approach and the album's humorous tracks like "Eastwood," a tribute to Western legend Clint Eastwood. Eastwood made an appearance on the track.

Brad Paisley seems to have a tremendous amount of fun both in and out of the studio, and with his new International Achievement CMA award, he will have some serious bragging rights this year. However, the humble singer-songwriter will continue to focus on giving fans an amazing live experience. After all, Paisley's live charisma has made him a superstar, and with the help of a dedicated band and a large fan base, he will likely pack new venues across the United States in 2012.
