Brad Paisley Tickets - Paisley To Host Cma Awards (again)

Brad Paisley is undeniably one of the most talented names in the entire country music scene

. It turns out he is also pretty good at hosting the Country Music Association Awards. He is lined up to host the 22th Annual CMA Awards on Nov. 10 in Nashville with Carrie Underwood Fisher (she was recently wed to hockey star Mike Fisher). It isn't the duo's first time hosting the awards together. In fact, it is their third time hosting this particular awards show.

Paisley has won many awards over the years, but he apparently has a special place in his heart for the CMA Awards. According to Paisley's website, he said, "The CMAs are different from any other awards night. You're looking at a roomful of people who love each other. And any new viewer will be pleasantly surprised at what they relate to on the Awards and what they like that they had no idea they would like. For that reason alone, this is the most important night of the year for Country Music."

Paisley may be quite busy that night, as he is also nominated for a slew of awards, including the top Entertainer of the Year honor. He will compete for the award against Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban and the Zac Brown Band. He is also up for Male Vocalist of the Year against Dierks Bentley, Blake Shelton, George Strait and Keith Urban. His song "Water" is nominated for Music Video of the Year along with Blake Shelton's "Hillbilly Bone" featuring Trace Adkins, Lady Antebellum's "Need You Now" and Miranda Lambert's "The House that Built Me" and "White Liar."

In October, country fans in Alabama's Gulf Coast will be treated to free Brad Paisley tickets to help attract tourists to the area affected by the oil spill. Paisley's concert will be part of a weekend of concerts. Bon Jovi will play a free concert on Friday, Oct. 15 and Paisley will perform on Sunday, Oct. 17. Fans who want tickets can get them through the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach lodging partners, and others will be giving to area residents. There is a two-ticket limit for the event.

His performance in the Gulf isn't the only way Paisley is giving back in October. Paisley had instruments damaged during the devastating floods in Nashville last May, and he is among many top artists who have donated damaged instruments to be auctioned off online on Oct.12. Other artists to donate instruments include Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban and Vince Gill. The proceeds from the auction will benefit the nonprofit organization Nash20, which helps those affected by the floods.

Paisley's calendar will remain full into November, as he is set to release his first official greatest hits package on Nov. 2. The double-disc set will be called Hits Alive and will feature a collection from his famous catalogue of music, which includes 17 number one singles. In addition, the album will include unreleased live songs and his newest single, "Anything Like Me."
