Break Up Help Here's How To Heal Your Broken Heart and Relationship

If you recently got into a break up, then I feel sorry for you. Though almost 90% of adults experience break up once, twice or more times in their lives, each break up still leaves a scar. It is painful. No matter how hard you try to hide it. It hurts.

The worst pain imaginable is having someone that you love tell you that they don't want to see you anymore. I would rather have my legs amputated without anesthesia than go through this type of pain. It's happened to me, it's happened to you and just about anyone else who's been fortunate enough to fall in love.

But how do you survive such crisis in your personal life? Those who love you will sometimes help by telling you:

You'll get over it.

He/She was no good for you.

Time heals all wounds.

Move on.

Or, It's his loss you were way too good for him anyway.

These are just some of the things people say to you to make you feel better, but sometimes it's just not enough.

Here are some of the best ways to heal your broken heart.

Keep the company of your family and friends.

Don't isolate yourself. You'll easily fall into depression if you do. During these very vulnerable times, the best help you can get is not to be isolated from people.

Do something to keep your mind away from the break up.

If you can't turn your mind into something you enjoy it will always go back to the stronger memory which in your case is the break up. The best thing you can do is to entertain your mind to doing something that would take it of the problem. Find a hobby. Travel for a while. Go to the gym and stay fit. Do something that would slowly bring back your confidence in who you are. Don't just sit there. Get busy.

Stop clinging to him/her

Stop thinking that your whole life revolves in your partner. It doesn't, if you keep on thinking that your happiness in life is dependent on your partner then you'll just make matters worst. It won't even do you good to cling to your partner when they've already thrown you out. You'll just drive them away further if you show weakness by being needy. Again work on your self and your self-confidence first. After that, you can work on getting them back if you feel they deserve you in their lives.
