Break ups and getting your ex back
Relationship breakups affect all but the lucky ones and they cause so much pain.When
we fall in love we start out with stars in our eyes and after a while familiarity sets in and we start to let go and everything falls apart.Any relationship can fall apart whether it be with our parents, brothers, sisters or friends. If we go further afield groups of people or countries can have problems.
There is no escape unless we open our minds and become aware and mindfull. Most of the time people become irrational
which causes irritation and respect for one another flies out the window.
Once this happens confusion and seeming chaos can rule and we then find it very hard to get back to where we once were which was peace and love.
So why does this happen we might ask and the answer lies in one word which is respect which means respecting your partner and yourself.
By this we mean that we have to fully listen to what the other is saying and thinking about it . It may be that one or the other is indulging in for example alcohol which is causing problems and thus not showing respect for himself or the partner.
There are a myriad of things that could go wrong and which could easily be put right and if the parties in dispute seek out advice in whatever place the problem could be solved one way or another and you would get your ex back.
Breaking up is hard to do as the song says as there may be many threads holding your lives together such as a mortguage or children or shared belongings or all the time you may have been together.
It may seem easier to stick together but if things actually become impossible it is better to to start cutting the ties that bind you and you will feel an air of freedom.
Bad relationships are constricting and play on the mind stopping you from living the life you want. If someone starts ruling your life and making it miserable it is not worth it and walking away is surely the way to go.
There are those relationships where one partner may need just a little advice as they are not seeing things as they should and bingo you are back on track.
It is best not to leave it too long to work out a relationship problem as things will only get worse and the longer you leave it the worse it gets.
Before you split up and you have the thought that you have to get your ex back try and be rational and seek the knowledge you need to make the situation better.
