Losing weight is one way of actually reducing the chest size and going down a bra size or two. A combination of green tea, fruit extracts and plant resin has shown to be effective in reducing a woman's chest size. It can take anywhere from six months or more before any noticeable results are seen with the taking of herbal medicines. Doctors respect their patient's need to try out other options before going for a breast reduction operation. In some cases, trying out the other options is encouraged because the surgeon can see that the patient is not actually ready to undergo any major invasive operation. Some patients have the desire to undergo an operation but may lack the conviction to do so. Patients with underlying conditions may also not be suitable for the operation due to health risks.
