Vinod Kumar, a property dealer from the VK Estates stated that most of the apartments are already sold out and are available with premium of more than 15%. The city Mohali is expanding with each passing day and hence people are seen to build their home depending upon their choice. The main reason why this city is flourishing is that numerous companies are being housed over here.
