Operation directions
Switch on
Press ON/OFF button once, yellow light keeps on which indicates it enters into standby mode.
Recording video and audio
Under standby mode, press ON/OFF button once, the yellow light blinks 3 times, then it turns off, the camera starts to record video and audio. Press ON/OFF once again, the yellow light keeps on after 2 seconds which indicates the video file is saved automatically and the camera back to standby mode.
Take photo
Under standby mode, press photo/ audio button once, yellow light blinks once which indicates one photo is taken and back to standby mode.
Record audio alone
Under standby mode, press photo/ audio button for some secondsyellow light blinks which indicates it starts to record audio. Press the button again for 2 seconds, the yellow light keeps on which indicates the audio file is saved automatically and the camera back to standby mode.
Switch off
Under any mode, press the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds, the light turn off which indicates the camera is shut down or insert a clip into "reset" hole to shut down the camera.
Reset
Under incorrect operation or a certain reason, the device may stop working, at this time, insert the clip into the reset hole to reset, and then the device is at power off mode.
Charging
If the yellow light flash 3 times and turn off, it indicates low power. Connect the camera to computer via USB cable to charge the camera, the yellow light keeps on which indicates the camera is being charged. Once the camera is full charged, the yellow light turns off. Please remove the camera from computer after it is full charged.

Connect the camera to your computer via USB cable to play back video.
Setting time
When using the device for the first time or the time is incorrect, you can reset the time through the following way:
1)Connect the camera with computer
2)Create a new " TIME.TXT" file
3)Edit time as format: 2009.12.12 12.12.12 in the file
4)Copy the file to the root of the disk of the camera
5)When starting the camera again next time, the time will be simultaneous as the time file.
Attention
1)In the adequate light environment, keep the DV vertical and stable, you can get best video and images within a certain distance.
2)This device does not have the function of anti-shake, so please try to keep your hand and the sight don't shake when record.
3)The time for computer with different system or configuration to identify the hardware is slightly different. During this period, please wait for a moment. If computer can't identify, please make sure your operating system, drivers and USB interface cable in good work order. Then connect again.
4)As the devise has built-in high-capacity polymer lithium battery, so it has a memory effect .We advise in the first 5 times of usage, charge the battery fully after the battery is out of use, so that the battery can work with its max working hours perfectly. Good Spy Mini Camera
