CAT 2010 analysis has been one of the most searched phrases off late. Candidates taking exam have been looking forward to the analysis on the basis of the initial exam dates. The main idea is to have an idea of the CAT 2010 questions. But with the changed pattern of the exam and the month long exam window, the analysis mainly consists of test taking tips and strategies.

CAT 2010 started with a bang on the 27th of October 2010. Unlike CAT 2009, this year it was a smooth experience for those who took it on the first day. The new test window stretches over a month. Candidates need to take the online CAT exam on the scheduled date. Glitches that were a part of the 2009 exam were successfully taken care of this year.

A number of coaches and counselors also take the exam each year, so that they can analyze the pattern of the exam for the particular year. Although CAT analysis is an awaited event each year, this year it is a different ball game all together. There are a lot of changes in the exam pattern and therefore are changes in the structure of CAT 2010 analysis.

How to use CAT 2010 analysis?

Analysis for previous years' question papers used to be a tool to evaluate you performance in the examination. But analysis for the 2010 exam would not provide solutions to the exam questions. It would instead, focus on test taking tips and strategies and give an overview of the question paper. It will be a tool just like CAT syllabus tutorials, sample papers & practice papers that will help in improving CAT results and achieve better scores & ranks.
