path to the "system32" folder till we got the message saying that "the drivers were signed". The computer was restarted and to our utter relief, the problem perished permanently. Maybe Microsoft has better ideas for the operating system if the user does not have to look for the right on-line technician to resolve it. The best thing is that we got it resolved.
