I started this company about 2 years ago as I am passionate about cooking and all of the different cuisines around the world. My experience is wide and varied. I started cooking at an Italian restaurant when I was in high school. I then went on to the millitary and was a combat cook. When I got out of the military I went into construction for 4 years and didn't like it. I went back into cooking. I started working at top notch places from Sacramento to San Diego and honed my skills to a whole new level. In 2009 I renamed my company to Calichefs which is short for the California Chef . I represent northern and southern California. I did this because I am from San Diego and grew up in Sacramento. I also have cooked in Sacramento and San Diego. So far my business has been a blast as I have worked for a mayor and multiple millionaires. I get a lot of high end clients because I specialize in gourmet Italian food. I also specialize in Mexican cuisine which is another California favorite. This year I plan to stay busy and start doing more catering.
