Can Transformational Coaching Really Create Immediate Results

As the author of The Last Year of Your Life and the founder of The Last Year of Your

Life 52-week Experience, I have written a series of short articles to answer the many questions I get asked about how to live your life to the fullest.

And the answer is, 'It can happen immediately!'

One of the participants in the 2010 program reunited with his father who he had not spoken to in more than 20 years

and he re-united with his dad during the first three weeks of being in the program.

But how does this transformational change happen? We use a goal-setting technology called CPR, and I already wrote my CPR for 2011 (at the end of November) and I am already getting results off of next year's CPR.

The document is less than 3 weeks old, and I already checked off the first result I had planned to achieve during 2011, and I accomplished it on November 29.
