These experiences helped produce the concept of doing a sequence of six paintings representing young people and their desires of aspiring to one of the original six teams in the NHL and representing their respective olympic hockey team; to join teams like Toronto Maple Leafs, Montreal Canadiens, Detroit red Wings, New York Rangers, Boston Bruins, Chicago Blackhawks and Canada's olympic hockey team. James Lumbers strongly believes that things are possible if you put enough effort into something and we need to be reminded to in no way stop dreaming and hoping that things are attainable.
