Careers & Job Seekers "the Definition Of Insanity"
We have all heard on some level at some time The Definition of Insanity
. If you
haven't you may be living it right now without even knowing it. The definition of
insanity is really quite simple:
"You do the same thing over and over over again, but you expect a different result!"
Now, we all experience this on some level. Whether we are dealing in weight loss,
saving money, paying off bills, or whatever the case may be. We eat the same
things, workout the same way, make minimum payments on our credit cards only,
we do the same things but we expect a different result. Unfortunately job seekers
are no different.
Whether we are employed or out of work seeking employment we try the same
methods in getting a job or a new job. We believe that if we search these "Monster"
like job boards, that we can find employment. That we take the time on large "List"
type of websites that our job we are seeking will be there. The fact is, these so
called "tried & true" methods of getting a job, simply do not work anymore.
Jobs, truly are everywhere. However, jobs will be found if we know how to find
them. The trick to finding jobs is to stay patient enough in the direction we are
looking. More modern day job seekers, are trying to find employment via
telecommute. Are there telecommute jobs out there? You bet! However, the
definition of insanity applies to them as well.
Telecommute jobs, can be found, often they take alot of time and alot of work to
find. Job seekers knowing that there are 10,000's of telecommute jobs avaiable, but
struggle in finding them. They are living in the definition of insanity. They are
searching the same thing over and over and over again, but expecting a different
result. They are going into Google and Yahoo and searching terms such as:
"Work From Home" "Jobs from Home" "Telecommute Jobs" "Part-Time Income from
Home"
The problem is when we search terms such as this, anything and everything from
Business Opportunities, MLM, Network Marketing show up, but not the jobs! We
have to be more creative in our Job Searches online or utlize resources that have
already done the work for us. Let me give you a few examples of both.
Companies, right now today, such as; Apple, Xerox, Humana, Conventry, 1-800-
FLOWERS, and U-HAUL are hiring telecommute professionals. They are hiring for
Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support, Admin, and Medical positions. All of
these companies are paying people a Base Salary or an Hourly Wage. Just like
having a "real outside the house" position.
Try the following phrases when searching: "Virtual Employment" "Virtual Job"
"Flex Job" "Virtual Worker" These sort of phrases in conjunction with the traditional
ones will lead you to the positions you are looking for. However there are resources
out there that will give you all your looking for in one place. Get My Mom a Job is a

Jobs, truly are everywhere. Finding jobs, the real jobs, with real companies, that
