Case Funding Inc. Names Leon Branam Senior Vice President Of Sales

Case Funding Inc., a leader in providing financing solutions to attorneys and law

firms requiring working capital loans, is pleased to announce the appointment of Leon Branam as Senior Vice President, Sales.

Branam brings nearly two decades of relevant lending and sales experience to Case Funding. "We're very fortunate that Leon has joined our team," said Case Funding Inc.'s President Richard Silverstein. "His sales and lending background, along with his recent experience in the litigation support industry, is a perfect complement to our business. Leon's presence with us demonstrates our continued commitment to, and high expectations for, the attorney and law firm funding side of our business."

Branam comes to Case Funding from Esquire Solutions, where he was a Regional Litigation Consultant. Previously, Branam worked for Canon Financial Services, Inc., and has also held senior sales and marketing positions with Securus Capital, Lakeland Bank and Hitachi Capital America Corp. He is a Rutgers graduate, having earned a BA/BS in Economics/Communications.

With Case Funding, Branam will lead the legal funding sales efforts, taking advantage of Case Funding's existing attorney base and building new relationships nationally.

The core of Case Fuding's business is assisting lawyers manage the uneven and unpredictable cash flow of contingency fees. By providing working capital financing to attorneys and law firms, Case Funding helps them meet the financial challenges of profitable businesses with irregular revenues.
