It always falls on someone in the office (usually the same people every time) to organise the leaving party for a colleague. Here at Leicester Catering Company we have experience in providing buffet food for offices at any time of the week.
We are always delivering buffet lunches for in house meetings and for after work presentations, and so preparing food for a leaving party is right up our street.
When you ring to decide on your menu you need to bear in mind the staff you have in the office. You will certainly have a mix of meat and vegetarian eaters. We will happily create plates of food to suit both palates, and our trays will be marked to ensure that there is no mix up.
You will need to consider whether your guests will want spicy food or something milder. We have a range of finger food that would suit any taste.
You also need to consider your budget. How much do you want to spend per head? We can provide a good spread for you for as little as 4.50 per head which would provide sandwiches plus 5 items from our finger food range.
If you need we can also provide drinks for your party. Perhaps a glass of champagne or sparkling wine. We find that as many people drive home, there is not a lot of call for much alcohol and instead a mix of waters and juices together with a drink for a toast is what is usually required.
We are quite happy to take later bookings as we carry stock with us all the time. We will be happy to provide you with a quotation or suggest a menu should you call.
