Loading the Machine

For the first step, you can put your new rolls on the spindle pipes. There will be probably the directional arrow that can be followed. If it is not, just follow the manual instruction of the machine.

For the second step, just thread the laminate throughout your roller bars. The dull side of a laminating material will be a glue side. It will also need to be faced when a material from both of the rolls that will come together at the heat rollers.

After that, you should fold some of laminates over the edge of the manila folder. Then, turn on your machine and also advance a laminate-covered folder throughout an unheated heat roller. When you are doing this, you can also try to align both of laminates. It will help in taping the dull side of a laminate to a folder.

It will be important for you to ensure that the laminates and also folder pass out beyond the out feed rollers. After that, turn off the drive.

Aligning the Laminating Material

In aligning your laminating material, you can check that the laminate edges will be equidistant from an outside edge of your heat rollers. They must also be even with one another. Your laminate edges must be even with one another.

After that, run the drive for the couple seconds in order to see that film edges will stay aligned and also centered. If it is not, you need to make the small adjustments in pushing the non-centered roll on the spindle in the essential direction. You should repeat until the laminate will run evenly.
