Cheating Spouse Signs: What To Do When There Is No Evidence

There are of course other tell tale signs like a dramatic change in their lifestyle such as their after work routine. Where as before your spouse loved to come home and relax by watching TV and sitting in their favorite recliner, now they have become adamant about working out. Their wardrobe has always tended to be on the causal side but suddenly they are dressing to the nines more frequently and you know they never like dressing up before.

These are not signs of concrete evidence that you can use to accuse your spouse of any wrongdoing. Hopefully they are just finally taking your advice when it comes to changing their lifestyle. But they are definite indicators which should get your attention and put you on the path to doing some detective work of your own.

But what happens when there are no tell tale signs? No noticeable change in habits or strange phone calls. They are on the computer quite a bit but truth to tell that has always been the case. When you checked there was no new passwords installed and the browser history had not been erased.

Intimacy in the bedroom is where its always been. You got no complaints there. Any new suggestions of how to make the romance even more romantic have come from you with your significant other only to happy go along.

They still take their household duties and responsibilities very seriously. And the dynamics of the relationship have not changed as far as you can tell.

What about the long work hours. They're have not really been any. Whatever hours your spouse said they worked have been reflected on their paycheck.

But something is wrong. Your instincts which are usually pretty sharp are telling you so. If they are having an extramarital affair they are doing a good job of keeping it hidden. However if that nagging feeling will not go away then you there are a few things you can do.

1. Q&A

In the course of a casual conversation you may be able to pick up on some inconsistencies in whatever your significant other has been telling you. The only way for this to be really effective is to make sure it does not come off like a Q&A session. Cheating spouses have to stay ahead of the game so their antenna may be on full alert if they get a sense of where this conversation is leading. Find some way to track their statements and see if there were any missteps. A little white lie can be quite revealing.

2. Time Monitor

There is no way they can be in two places at once and since there are only so many hours in the day it means they have to do some fancy planning to make the rendezvous work. See if they are stepping outt to run an errand here or there. Or their time when it comes to getting home from work on certain days seem to be later than normal. Nothing extreme mind you but taking that extra hour or so and then blaming it on heavy rush hour traffic could be a clue.

3. Take Another Look

Everything in the relationship as well as the household seems normal. That's as it should be. However step back from time to time and look again. Sometimes even with our intuition telling us something is wrong we don't really notice the day to day interaction. That's because in many instances we have conditioned ourselves to accept things without giving it a second thought.
