For Severe Health Conditions:
Chia is always helpful in controlling, preventing and avoiding various kinds of severe health diseases. Diseases like Diabetes and Diverticulitis and Colon health. When talking about diabetes, Chia helps to keep your blood sugar levels low which helps to keep it balanced all day. When it comes to Diverticulitis and Colon health the two types of Chia, i.e. Soluble and Insoluble doubles the benefits.
Chia is also a complete and balanced diet, the people who go for the protein intakes or protein shakes to provide extra protein to their body, ca switch to Chia, as it has complete protein content that your body needs. Till now as per studies had been conducted the Chia seeds are known to be the most and the nutritious seeds till now, even their nutritional content is much more than the flax seeds. It is filled with Fiber which is much more than present in flax seeds and also does not have plant estrogens which is found in soya. It is also filled with anti-oxidants, which helps in getting rid of the harmful free-radicals in your body in order to keep your tissues healthy.
Chia is also referred to as the dieters dream food some time as when the seeds goes into the body or are exposed to liquids like juices, water etc, then the soluble fiber that is on the outside of the seed starts to absorb all that liquid or in other words we can say that it starts to hydrate. Every seed can absorb liquid up to 9 times to their current weight or even more and holds it there, then it becomes more like a food rather than liquid and holds it their for long and you would feel like that you are completely full with a food which is actually the Chia seeds that are working inside of your body. Afterward the gel coating is removed eventually by the enzymes present in the intestine. Which keeps you hydrated for a longer period of time and allows your digestive system to work efficiently and effectively.
Not only you can take it directly or with water but you can also sprinkle these seeds on many other foods like; juice, Ice cream, milk, yogurt, cereals, porridge, pasta or you can even use them in your breakfast and bring an extra ordinary taste in any of your food. By doing this you will automatically eat less and would feel fuller for much longer period of time then you usually do.
One of the great benefits of intake of Chia seeds is that you can reduce your weight greatly without hurting yourself or keeping yourself for longer periods of time as the Chia seeds are fiber rich and are very slowly acted by the enzymes. So, the fiber fills you up really very quickly and does very important jobs that need to be performed to keep your metabolism fit and fine. Extra intake of Chia seeds is also not harmful as fiber is not absorbed by the body therefore it wont be turning into an extra unwanted fat. The insoluble fiber is not absorbed by the body therefore it won't be converting into extra fat, as it is not digestible therefore it can also help to clean the unwanted waste that has been in the body for quite a while. It exactly works like colonic irrigation but is surely far much cheaper than it.
