To start off, I generally tell clients in my Skinny Asian Diet weight loss program that they're not going to discover their sexy bikini-body in a bottle of pills.

To really lose weight you have to discover strategies that have been used by millions of women over hundreds of years with success, not the next "hot" fad-diet. Train your mind to resist the promoting ripoffs and deals that appear too good to be valid. They do NOT do the job, and will only make you lose weight in your bank account! :)
