Christian Affair - Don't Go It Alone

Did you just find out that your spouse had an affair and now you are trying to deal

with a Christian affair? Even Christians are sinner and fall into affairs. Infidelity is actually very common in the church community; it's just more of a secret there. Because it's kept such a secret it's hard to find help when you feel like you are unable to talk about it.

When you are healing from a Christian affair, you cannot keep yourself in isolation. You have to find others that have been through what you are going through for support. You can find these people by searching the Internet for message boards, forums and email groups. You can even find local support groups in your area. I know mine was a life saver, I felt so understood there.

Also, when you are trying to heal from a Christian affair, never turn away from God. I know many that blame God for what has happened to their marriages, but really He's the one waiting right next to you, to pick you up into His arms and give you His peace, comfort and wisdom. The best way to do this is getting into the Word daily with daily devotions. Having devotions especially for the betrayed spouse is so helpful and comforting because it's like each day they just know your heart and exactly how you are feeling.

It's not an easy road, this road of healing from a Christian affair. It's bumpy and long and many people get discouraged and give up before they reach the end. If you keep close to God, you will find that your road won't be as hard as those who choose to go it alone.

Do you want your pain and devastation to go away? Would you like to have a happy marriage again? Then please consider adding daily devotions to your daily routine. Don't go through this pain any longer than you absolutely have to. Nothing can do more for your wealth, health, children, career success and overall happiness than not only healing your marriage, but also making it a happy and heartfelt one.
