There is a white-sand beach, man-made, with an adjoining swimming lagoon, overlooking the large 3ha lake. Across the lake is a wooded area called Frolic Garden where a croquet garden, swings and hammocks and a couple of horse-shoe throwing grounds were found. There are over 12 venues for events of all sizes from 50 to 5000. Adding to the amenities is the ever growing request of Wifi Access. From there, one can see the amphitheatre that again overlooks the lake with the stage actually setting over water. This venue is ideal for small concerts, plays and other entertainment for a small capacity of about 150.

Rooms are basic, furniture a little sparse compared to resort hotels. One could characterize the lodgings to be in the class of bed-and-breakfast and not resort-class.

The Clearwater Breakfast Garden and Caf in Angeles, Pampanga is a destination all by itself. It is not a lavishly impressive restaurant. In fact, it is quite simplistic in dcor and the word luxury doesn't really come to mind at all. The food makes the statement here. Gourmet breakfast, cooked to perfection, 5-star quality, is served all day long from 7am to 7pm.
