Eating habits change seriously during college life; children who are used to domestic food cooked by parents do not adapt to canteen food or snacks in the long studying hours at night. More than that, many students prefer fast food breaks that affect their health seriously. The most widely spread results of unhealthy eating may be overweight, eating disorders, problems with stomach or infections. Thus, even having little time for cooking or not knowing how to do this, students of both sexes have to try to keep to the eating regime and avoid snacks like chips or French fries, especially in late night hours of doing homework.

Students prepare for exams, write their research papers and read academic materials; the studies often require more time than it is available in the daytime, so students study at nights and weekends.
