The most refreshing way to have fun after a long period of work or study is to play a computer game. Car games are popular not only among the kids, but also the parents. Usually, parents and children can even bond over a game or two. It gives the parents a chance to view the world from the children's point of view and gives them a refreshing breath of fresh air.

Car games can help in the development of children in more ways than one. Studies show that car racing games are structured in way so as to provide the kids with optimum learning opportunities and helps in the development of their cognitive skills, real- time response and image processing. These games provide a high level of excitement and require heightened coordination responses. They also allow the children to practise skills such as parallel row parking. It is a great idea for a beginner driver to use computer simulations first, to heighten their responses and parking abilities.

Even though most children have little or no driving experience, car racing games enhance their ability to manage a car well in the future. The car games usually include, bikes, trucks and other vehicles and require the user to manoeuvre through the traffic which uses high cognitive ability and sharpens the responses. Kids games are also found in a wide variety and many are used to teach regular class curriculum in a fun learning environment. These games may include ones that let them earn points for giving correct answers to questions. This enhances their ability to learn because of the Reward mechanism.
