Computer Registry Errors & the Devistation They Cause
In today's world, computers work out millions of calculations every second. As you are reading from your screen right now, your computer is performing more calculations every second than you have time to perform with your extremely busy schedule. A computer's performance is measured in the number of instructions it can execute in one second.
At this point in time, our computers can execute millions of instructions to help you work more quickly each and every second. Carrying out these instructions allows you to do your work easier, faster and better than you would ever be able to do without your computer.
One important tool that allows your computer to work as well as it does is the Registry. The registry is like a catalog, or even a library, which tells the OS (Operating System) where things are and which options should load when a program runs. It is essential for the registry to have the information stored properly so that your programs run precisely and at peak operating efficiency.
If any registry error occurs, however, your laptop computer may begin to have any of the following happen:
It takes longer to start up
You begin to receive error messages like "p-07-01000 irql:1f SYSVER 0xff00024 NT_kernel error 1256 KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED"
Your camera or other hardware is no longer recognized
Your internet speed is now slower than a dial-up connection
What's even worse, if you begin having issues like slower computer speeds or even a few error messages, your computer may no longer start if the registry is not fixed quickly. It is possible that you could lose very important files like company or tax documents, photographs of your children, passwords for your bank or investment account access or even all of the small business work that you have done over the past year. It could be terrible. Unfortunately, I know.
Just last year, I began to have problems with my computer. At first, it started taking longer and longer to boot up. I began having DLL (or Dynamic Link Library) registry errors that would pop-up whenever I started a couple of important applications that I needed while working on my web pages. It all ended up, a few weeks later, in a computer that refused to boot up. I tried everything but could not get my computer to boot up again. I lost tons of data, images and online work that I had been doing over the last several months. I was totally devastated. I had heard about errors like this and that they could cause loss of files and other data I unrealistically thought it would not happen to me.
When my world came to a crashing halt because my computer died, I got in touch with one of my good friends, a local computer specialist. I told him about my problem and said that he would come over to diagnose and see if there was anything that he could do to recover my data and fix my laptop computer. After testing, he said that the problem led to data corruption and that all of my files would not be able to be recovered. He went on to say that he could re-format my hard drive and re-load the operating system which he was gracious enough to do for me.
Just before he completed , he said that there was only one more program that he was going to load onto my computer that would save me a ton of trouble in the future and would avoid future issues just like this from happening again. He installed the tool and said it was very easy to use that his six year old daughter could easily run a scan for registry errors and then repair them using this program. I thanked him for his trouble and he then left to enjoy the rest of his weekend.
Since that time, this program has saved me tons of trouble, allowed me to work more efficiently, kept my internet download speeds in tip-top shape and given me peace of mind. It has found and fixed hundreds of errors over the last six months and my laptop computer continues to start up faster and run better than it ever had before. I am one very happy customer!
