1. Go out and talk to some random strangers. Say something nice about a stranger. Something even better would be to do something embarrassing in front of a stranger. I know this sounds weird but this actually teaches you how to deal with embarrasment and see that it's not the worst thing in the world.

2. Look for the good qualities that you have that other people do not have. Know that not everyone is perfect no matter how close to perfect they appear to you. You have a lot of great qualities that many people do not have and that's a fact!

3. The third confident building exercise involes looking at yourself in the mirror and telling yourself phrases like "you are confident and have great things to offer." This helps because it embeds the image of a confident person into your sub consious mind.
