And the fun and sharing that goes with it allows us to feel happier and less upset about things.

8. Always think positively - In order to keep our minds off the stress and worry, focus on things that are beautiful and positive. Remember, positive thoughts bring positive actions, and negative thoughts bring negative actions. Allow yourself to dream, and imagine the best that could happen.

9. Take a break - Don't push yourself too hard, indulge yourself! Try to go on vacation, shopping, do bar hopping or go to spa.

Most of all, let go! Letting go of your anxiety will help you to live freely and happily. Remember, life will bring you problems and troubles, but don't let it ruin and stresses you too much. Let go of those things that give you stress.
