All the poor women out there who have been through it can empathize with me. Menopause is a period in a woman's life that she wishes she could somehow avoid, skip over, or just forget about. My own personal experience was nothing less than a nightmare. However, I can tell you how Amberen changed my life with coping with hot flashes.
