Create The Best Work Environment By Installing An Air Ventilator
The process of exchanging air to get high quality air that balances temperature
, receives oxygen supplements and removes harmful bacteria, moisture, dust and CO2 (carbon dioxide), is known as ventilation. When the burning of fuel or materials takes place, it produces a lot of CO2, which needs to be constantly removed and substituted by oxygen. This can be achieved by installing an air ventilator. It is most helpful for providing hygienic conditions in factories and industrial premises.
Using a ventilator is a major example of using renewable sources of energy as fuel. The Earth is being rapidly depleted of non-renewable energy sources such as coal, for the production of electricity. Such ventilators are eco friendly solutions, since these make use of only wind energy.
Apart from giving a quality product, providing after sales service is also important. The company must be capable of sending trained technicians as soon as possible to make repairs with respect to leakage, balancing and others. Otherwise, these air ventilators require very less maintenance as compared to exhaust fans.
An air ventilator is built such that it protects the interiors against storms, rains and other vagaries of nature. It is adaptable to any kind of roofing, and does not produce noise during operation.
The ideal size for wind ventilators is a diameter of 28 inches. This enables effective cooling of the work premises. The material used for constructing these is strong and makes the product light weight, and it is available in high grade aluminum, anodized aluminum and stainless steel, with epoxy coating for corrosive areas. A slight breeze is also adequate to rotate these ventilators, which can also be configured as per fresh air changes.
Ventilators are attached to fan blades. The force generated by these spinning blades generates a low pressure area below, causing warm air to rise up and cool air from outside to take its place. By being connected to a turbine, the blades rotate continuously. Even upon wind stoppage, the stored energy within the rotor cage of the turbine will facilitate rotation of the blades, allowing constant ventilation. The slightest breeze will cause the turbine to spin and even after the breeze has stopped, the fly wheel effect of the rotor cage will use its stored energy to continuously remove stale air.
Installation of an effective ventilator will help to boost employee morale and productivity standards, by creating a hygienic, dust-free work environment.
