DIET vs NUTRITION PLAN…

me try and guess it, you are probably thinking about few of the below:
- food you CAN'T have
- Rules you HAVE to stick to
- same foods over and over again
- tasteless food
and many many more thoughts I am sure
Now when we think about NUTRITIONwe think about NUTRITENTSwhat does the body need?...what Nutrients do we need to maintain an healthy energetic body and therefore lifestyle? What food do I NEED to have in order to get my Nutrition IN!!
But before I even start talking about the Basics of Nutrition I want to stress on the MOST IMPORTANT first step everyone needs to take BEFORE starting any Training Program or Nutrition Plan. And in fact any CHANGE in lifeis training the MIND.
Our thoughts are so powerful you will be amazed!!! The body does WHATEVER the mind tells it to do!...

Choose to feel positive about your day! Choose to love yourself EXACTLY the way you are NOWknow each day are doing the best you can to get closer and closer to your goalwhatever that may be
One of the most common mistakes when people think about "Diets" is that food becomes boringtastelessand the more you channel your energy towards this the more you find yourself craving and heading towards the cookies!...Oh and by the way. Nocookies DO NOT call you...they are lifeless round shaped pieces of sugarthey do not have a voice unless you give it to them!!!...I have proof!!! J J J

There is absolutely NOTHING you CAN'T havethere is no such thing as forbidden foodThere is only food that you CHOOSE to eat and food that you choose NOT TO eat as simple as this! You are in total control of what goes inside your bodyown that power and keep it within you (I call this power LOVE) and you are going to be amazed how easy this is!
Lets stop focusing on what we DO NOT want and what we CANNOT DOwhat a waste of energy! The more you do this the more you will end up with exactly it!...Shift your focus on what you wantwrite it downread it back to yourselfkeep it going and guess what?? You WILL end up with exactly it!!! J
I learnt this from one of my greatest role model and I practise it myself every day, or every time I need to : I CAN BUT I CHOOSE NOT TO.
