Dance is generally referred as the art of life that involves body movement

Now people take up dance in their professions, passion, dream, hobbies etc. In this field, lot of opportunities has open. Thousands of reality shows, cultural programs, dance competition, group Dance Competition for Kids, Dance Contests and many more are organized through out the world so that the hidden talent of every individualcomes out.

Before the birth of the earliest human civilization celebration, rituals, entertainment are the important parts of a dance. Every dance has something common no matter whatever style it is. Early forms of dance and music were performed together. Not only via music but dance can also be presented independently or as tap dance. There are various forms of Dance such as classical, western, hip-hop, salsa, belly, contemporary, Punjabi etc. To be a perfect dancer one must posses flexibility and body movement along with a good physics. With an improper physics it is obvious of occurrence of injuries. During 1920s dance studies was available still academic discipline only but today this is an integral part of an university, schools, collages etc.
