You can do it on your own pace and in your own choreography. By doing so, you are burning fat in an easy way.


In order for you to be ready for a dancing activity, you should have to make sure the following steps:

Make a promise or commitment to yourself that you will dance and you should follow it.

If you have busy schedules, pick a time you are most comfortable with. A time when you are free from any commitment.

Wear comfortable dancing clothes such as a t-shirt and a short and a good pair of rubber shoes. Shoes should really be of good quality for your feet not to be sore.

Dance for two to three times a week. Remember to have some cooling-down exercises before ending.
