You might like to look at this creative date idea when you have been dating someone for a while. Once we feel settled in each other's company it's nice to have some photos of our new partner. So why not go on a creative photo-date and then make it into a digital photo album.
The first thing you'll need is a good location like a park or public garden. If you live near a beach you can of course take them there, but there are always nice downtown spots to create your shoot. I would however make sure my location was adequate for taking photos before heading off there with your date.
All there is now is to take your date to your location and start taking pictures - but take your time and get a few hours worth of photos. You could even take pictures of each other, which I think is best anyway. Your photos dodn't need to be formal poses either as you'll sometimes find that the better photos are those taken when your date is least aware. You could also maybe get a stranger take some photos of the two of you together.
In our 21st century world many have immediate access to a digital camera and these are perfect for for our photo-date as we can look at our photos at the end of our photo session rather than have to wait for processing. A great advantage of digital cameras is that most allow you to take hundreds of pictures in the space of a few hours and that gives you lots to talk and laugh about in the cafe afterwards as you look through your photos.
At the end of your highly creative date, why not put your best photos on a digital photo key ring? You can then look through the photos of your date whenever you wnat to. Now I haven't forgotten the less technical of you - you can of course use a normal camera and take it to a quick processing store and maybe put your favorite one in a picture frame at the end of your date. And if you are one of those people who love to use technology then how about turning your best photos in to a video? Good free software is readily available.
