Few days ago, Dell Chairman and CEO, Michael Dell gave some hints that the company was on the verge of buying a company specialized in cloud computing
. Interestingly, Dell made similar attempt to buy 3PAR Inc but failed to seal the deal. The acquisition of Boomi is Dell's second acquisition this year and as it appears, Dell is clearly trying to enhance its cloud services to bolster its presence in the changing technological topography.
