Demand Of Executive Mba Is On A Rise In India

In a new trend in the corporate scenario, many senior level professionals are leaving

their plum jobs and going back to B-school to acquire management skill sets. This is trend is getting common with professionals in their mid career levels. Take the example of certain Ms. Ghosh. She was working as a senior manager and strategist with a reputed companys research and development center. At this stage of her career she left her secured job to join a MBA study abroad program. She enrolled herself with INSEAD leadership programme that are designed for mid and senior executives.

These executive management programs also help in career growth. These programs help professionals jump up the career ladder easily. Even individuals join these programs at their own will. Corporate houses as well as individuals are realizing that education is the key to retaining talent. With the economic scenario changing quickly, the many companies are asking the B-schools to design programs suitable for their business.
