The difference between being an employee in an organization and a business owner is dramatic, your level of financial and personal independence is amazing. You will be intrigued by the possibility of financial freedom and time freedom. You can live a good life as an employee, but you can't as easily experience the financial and personal freedom until you are a business owner and the owner of your destiny. As an Entrepreneur, you can experience freedom in the areas like,

Freedom to choose a company and products that align with your vision, passion and purpose to serve others;

Freedom to immerse yourself in personal and professional development.

Freedom to be in business for yourself but not by yourself;

Freedom to set your own office hours and work schedule,

Freedom to establish your own dress code;

Freedom to go as fast or as slow as you desire to go;

Freedom to share your personal experiences about the products and services to your co-workers and prospective business partners.

One of the most enticing freedom will be the freedom to set your own work schedule. Unlike succumbing to the scheduling whims of the world, it is refreshing to say, "No. Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. is not a good time for me. I am available Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. or Thursday at 2:00 p.m. Which do you prefer?"

It is really empowering and rewarding to have the Freedom to schedule business calls and appointments in between school field trips and events, dance, painting and golf lessons; time at the pool; family movie night and other miscellaneous family activities. But the complete Time Freedom will be truly realized when financial freedom is also achieved. Although there are many philosophies and strategies for attaining Financial Freedom, it may be accomplished by maximizing leverage in a business through consistent and persistent, committed actions. Achieve Financial Freedom and you will enjoy Time Freedom in its splendor. This is Independence.

So why are people are interested in entrepreneurship? Because of not only the freedom, but it is also acknowledged as the key driving force for the incredible growth of capitalism. As risk increases so does reward. You can create your future, schedule and the opportunities, you will feel fulfilled. That is the foundation to entrepreneurship.
