This single-bevel miter saws 12 inch blade is backed up by a powerful 15 AMP motor. Offering a no-load speed of 4000 RPM which makes cutting molding or other work quick and effortless. The Sturdy design of the Dewalt DW715 gives both a versatile setup and excellent accuracy. The DW715 has 11 positive stops for easier setups and improved working performance.

Increased Bevel Capacity and convenient stops

The DW715 will give you a wide range of applications; it can deliver clean 45 degree cuts in lumber those measuring up to 2 by 8 inches. It also allows you to set up bevel cuts between 0 degrees and 48 degrees to the left, and bevels that measure between 0 degrees and 3 degrees to the right.

The hardened bevel stops at 0, 33.9, 45 and 48 degrees The DW715 offers the versatility that makes setting and finding the bevel angels quick and easy.

Portable and compatible with the Dewalt Laser System

The Dewalt DW715 weighs only 42 pounds and with its carry handle makes it very easy to transport to jobsites. For additional accuracy the DW715 is compatible with the Dewalt DW7187 (sold separately) adjustable miter saw laser system. Or the DWS7085 (sold separately).

The Dewalt 15 AMP powered motor and 12 inch carbide blade spin at 4000 revolutions per minute which delivers the critical accuracy that a miter saw needs. And with the added stainless steel detent plate with it 11 positive stops for the most common miter cuts will get the job done right.

The saw has a miter detent override which allows the user to override the miter stops and make miter settings without the saw slipping into the miter detents. The cam lock miter handle eliminates the need to twist the miter handle to lock in on the angle and delivers quick and accurate miter locks

All of the 42 ratings were great The 3 star rating came from a person that said this is an excellent machine but thought that he paid too much for it $350.00. The person that gave a one star rating must have bought a used machine and gave it a 1 star because it was dirty.
