Infant Scabies

Head, neck, palms, soles, face and the whole body of infants is affected. There may be the presence of vesicles, scaly patches and pustules present on the surface of the skin. Such a form of scabies is commonly misdiagnosed and mistreated.

Norwegian Scabies

This is one of the most severe forms of scabies and often occurs to those who are immune deficient or mentally retarded. There are lesions all over the body, caused by thousands of mites infesting the skin.

Animal Scabies

In case if you have a dog or a cat that is infested with scabies, then the children in the household are also likely to get the infestation. The lesions could be seen only on those parts that have come in direct contact with the animal. Burrows are rarely present and hence the condition can often be misdiagnosed.

Nodular Scabies

The mites that cause nodular scabies usually burrow deeper in some areas, particularly inguinal folds and the male genitalia. These form deep seated nodules that are itchy and brownish. These mites are not affected by common modes of scabies treatment.

Scabies can be very difficult to deal with if not treated promptly and correctly. We suggest treating scabies naturally before you even think about putting pesticides on your body.
