. Commonly enough, the word therapy is mostly understood as talking out or confessing or most probably a treatment through talking. There are many kinds of therapies and every terapija its different from other and give different benefits to the patient. The main objective of all therapies is the same. Their main objective is to make the patient feel better by discussing his problems and finding a solution for his mental stress. Different types of therapies work for different kinds of people having diverse mental stress.
Psychoanalytic Terapija is a type of remedy which is also known as talk terapija. This treatment was founded by Sigmund Freud. For the progress of this treatment, the therapist looks for the clue and the events that took place in the life of the patient. The therapist believes that the events that take place in our childhood have great impact on our lives. They believe that the unconscious feelings and thoughts also play a vital role in mental stress and illness. Though by sharing his secrets and feelings to an unbiased person, the patient feel much better and lighter, but still, many people think of this treatment as time consuming and waste of money.
Cognitive Behavioral Terapija is one very popular treatment too. Cognitive therapists only work on distinctive issues. It specifically changes some of the false thinking patterns of the patient that causes depression. On the other hand, behavioral therapists deal with the awkward behavior problems that have been building in for years. They mostly deal with problems like phobia. They convince the patients to face their fears with bravery, in order to get rid of it forever. Cognitive and behavioral remedies when combined together deals with disorders.

terapija. This treatment with the help of joy and smiles cheer up the patient. This is the reason why is the childrens ward in the hospital is made colorful and with pictures of funny characters. For this treatment no one is too old or young, mostly this remedy is for those patients who are suffering from great chronic illnesses. Illness causes stress and depression due to which a person looses hope and because of such behavior, the patients illness begins to increase. To bring hope and cheer to a serious patient through humor is what humor therapists do.
