The third and the best way out of anxiety is through courage. This is the constructive way to think of when you encouter with an anxiety. Being courageous means to be able to do the right thing, at the right time and in the right way. Courageous people feel fear and anxious but they don't let it control them or hurt them, instead they find ways to deal with them and possibly transform the feeling into something useful and healthy to anyone involved in the situation. Such a character is the best way to control anxiety and a permanent way to avoid an attack.
