In that experience early on in my marketing career, I self destructed because of poor training, lack of pre-qualified leads, and needed mindset to be able to grow in the telecommunications services field.

There were considerable things not obtained by the experience, such as the valuable experience itself of learning marketing systems and techniques in that industry.

I came to find and realize a bit later on that it was not not the personality type that mattered at all. It was those factors mentioned that did not allow ME to survive in a commission or performance based world.

I was not ready to being a real entrepreneur. I l was not ready to fulfill any kind of promise that would consist of not having a regular nine to five hourly job.

Things have changed dramatically since then in my mindset for network marketing recruiting after pain and error. I have ultimately tried everything and failed at almost everything.

You will find an overload of information on the internet on network marketing based systems, web sites, and traffic sources, along with training for the industry in a massive influx of information on these.

What I have learned through the mlm years is that the system does matter. The company does matter. The market and the marketing does matter. The lead process and generation does matter.

Most prominently the MINDSET does carry some weight.

The mindsets of business owner, entrepreneur, and time supervisor matters to anyone trying to make it in business.

I you dont have the unshakable mindset the these types then going far will not be painless.

If you obtain the training and marketing information and skills needed to be good and master the network marketing recruiting for your own business you will have started a process of gaining the extra income desired to fund that business for the span of time that youll be in the industry.

I you start that step youll be by far in front of the curve for those doing business in the 21st century.
