Alexandria , the Pearl of the Mediterranean. Alexandria is always known with specific sightseeings Alexandria Library, The catacombs, Qaitbay Citadel, Montazah Palace and others. Another activity is very well known to specific People who are fan of diving but not that known to the others. Alexandria still has other surprises to offer. The underwater Open Museum in Alexandria is a fabulous adventure for anyone who seeks new adventure in his life. We always visit the regular Museums all around the world but what about an underwater museum!!!!!

One day tour to Alexandria is enough to explore the beauty of the sunken city of Alexandria. The old City of Alexandria was once on the surface but now the City become under the Mediterranean after climate Changes. The palaces and the statues of the Greco Roman Period are under the water. Diving in Alexandria will give you a chance to discover the secrets of the ancient city of Alexandria .

Diving program is a very simple and even if you havent your diving equipments there will be a modest diving center where you can get your diving equipments to start one of the most memorable days in your life.

Diving will be under 8m depth and The instructor will join the Yacht through which you will moved to the diving spot to start to let the excitement starts.

The Diving Program is about 30 minutes where you will take two dives each of them will take about 15 minutes. Your diving instructor will explain everything before the diving adventure and ofcourse diving in Alexandria doesnt requires professional divers or swimmer, anyone can dive in Alexandria.

During Your Diving program you will see a complete military ship with its full equipments under the water which sunk during the Battle of Abukir Bay between the French and English troops in Alexandria . Also you can see the Sphinx statue which considers as the third largest Sphinx in Egypt and the ruins of the two Palaces were belongs to Cleopatra beside other indescribable monuments.

Note:

. The open Museum is a project that will be held in Alexandria soon through which you can explore the monuments in underwater tunnels But the recent monuments will be seen through diving.
