Most married couples do not know yet how to adjust and properly manage their disputes and arguments. Primarily, the different personalities of husband and wife contribute to poor conflict management. In-between factors may include society, mental and emotional stability, support, and behaviors. Poorly managed conflicts, no matter how small the conflicts are, will ultimately inflate and become unmanageable.
