Replace high glycemic carbs, like white bread and refined sugars, with with higher fiber foods, like whole wheat bread or apples.

Third, exercise aerobically. Perform exercises such as jogging, swimming, jumping rope, kickboxing, or soccer. These activities will improve your aerobic health and burn off massive amount of calories. When these activities, or similar ones, are frequently practiced, you will burn off extra calories each day.

Following these three suggestions will keep you from putting on more weight, while helping you burn fat. Best of all, these suggestions can be followed without spending extra cash. Why waste your money on solutions, that are not permanent, like fat burning pills? They are not worth the money. A lifestyle change is the permanent solution.
