Do Marriages Last A Lifetime?

Do you remember the day you first met your spouse

? Maybe it was love at first sight or you might say that he/she was the prince or princess in your dream and the two of you reached to the point of getting married.

Couples go through this stage where they are bound by the solemn rights of marriage and that they take the responsibility of being married and by saying the words "I do", they have accepted their partner in sickness and in health, for better or for worst, and till death do they part.

Some couples don't have any problems in loving their other half. But there are some who get married because of different reasons. Some get married for money; so that they can have better future, others get married just because of lust. If you married for the right reason, say love, then the marriage vow is truly practiced. But how about if they married for other reason than love? It will probably end into a disaster marriage.

Breakup Reasons

Why is it that there are marriages that are still on rocks because couples are not happy with their partners despite the belief that marriages are made in heaven? There are a lot of reasons why this happens and it all starts with one reason that is not about love.

Some get married because they are afraid to be alone. No man is an island, best describe this fact. But this reason does not tell you to marry the first person who comes your way because you are afraid to be alone. Doing this will make you realized in the end that instead of having someone to spend your life with you are making the biggest mistake of your life.

Breakups or broken marriages occur because of a lot of reasons. Cheating is one of the reasons why. It is said that almost 90% of marriages that are ruined are caused by cheating. But not all marriages are being consumed by it; some still survive and start all over again. They simply acknowledge their mistake. Some would ask how I will get my ex back into my arms again. This question has a simple answer.

Start with the change in you. These changes include accepting your mistake that you've cheated and make a fresh, new start with your partner. How do you define love? Love is defined as not jealous, patient, kind, does not demand its own way, does not give up or lose hope and it always endures through any circumstances.

You can say its true love if your spouse has devoted his/her life to you, and his willing to risk this life for your safety, he/she is willing to risk his/her life to you and will face everything to protect you. True love is powerful. It binds individuals that lost their track in the race of life. Nobody is perfect and no one is born to be perfect; but we can make it ideal by treating well and taking care of our loved ones and by showing the true meaning of love. By doing that, no relationship will come to an end, no more couples will suffer tremendously because of cheating, and no more questions about "how to get my ex back" will be muttered.
